The Modern Farm House

Accommodations for up to four guests the Modern Farmhouse hosts one private bedroom with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room, linens included. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cooking utensils, and place settings for 4 as well as a smart TV, and Wi-Fi in the joint living room area. Enjoy your private east-facing front porch in the mornings or your firepit of the evenings, you will not be disappointed with the view. Parking is 24/7 accessibility in the drive out front of your respective cottage.

If you are needing an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance. Early check-in from 1:00 PM and late check-out until 1:00 PM may be available upon request and are subject to availability. A $25 fee may apply for either request, and approval is required from K4C Premier Cottages.
